The New Zealand Society of Construction Law was founded in 2005. It was founded to address a perceived need within NZ for a body in which people from the construction industry could come together to discuss issues that arise in the field of construction law and related subjects (including adr, arbitration and adjudication) and to share knowledge and experiences.

The Society currently has over 280 members from all sectors of the construction industry. The Society holds meetings throughout the year for its members and invited guests. The Society endeavours to be a national society and most meetings are held in Auckland with a video link to Wellington for Wellington Members. Copies of papers are available to members on the website.

The Society welcomes new members and invites anyone with any interest to apply for membership. Click here to download a membership application form.
