The format of both meetings will be a three-person panel presentation on the following 'hot' topics in the construction industry: acceleration; adjudication of building disputes under the Construction Contracts Act; and how earthquakes are dealt with under the standard form construction contracts used in New Zealand. Each of the three panel members will give a short presentation on their selected topic, followed by an opportunity for members to get involved in a lively Q&A session focused on the presentation topics.
